In 2021, Briggs & Stratton acquired SimpliPHI Power, a lithium ferro phosphate (LFP) battery chemistry pioneer.
Our Energy Solutions business unit comprises home standby generators and energy storage solutions for residential and commercial customers. Our PowerProtect™ standby generators, transfer switches, SimpliPHIⓇ batteries and EnergyTrak™ remote monitoring solutions are designed to provide energy independence and peace of mind, even allowing them to go completely off the power grid.
Today, Briggs & Stratton Energy Solutions is headquartered in Wauwatosa, WI, and manufactures generators in Auburn, AL, and distributes batteries from our Tucker, GA, facility. All of our solutions are designed and engineered in the USA.
