Submission Instructions:

  1. Purchase a Briggs & Stratton home standby generator or energy storage system from an authorized dealer, retailer or online retailer.
  2. Fill out the above form, including the serial # of your purchase. Typical serial numbers are 10-digits and are usually noted on the purchase invoice/receipt.
  3. Attach proof of purchase (copy of invoice or receipt).
  4. Mail the completed form and proof of purchase please mail to:
