Claim Submission

There are two ways to submit your claim. See submission instructions and terms and conditions below.

  1. Complete the form below to process your customer's upgrade incentive. Note: You must provide proof of the existing generator's brand and model.
 

Submission Instructions

  1. Identify homeowners in your database with 12-to-14-year-old standby generators (any brand) and replace their unit with a new Briggs & Stratton PowerProtect+ standby generator.
  2. Fill out the submission form above with both the dealer and customer information.
  3. Include the 10-digit serial number of the newly purchased PowerProtect+ generator.
  4. Attach valid proof of the existing generator's brand and model (e.g., photo of the data plate, previous installation invoice).
  5. Attach proof of purchase for the new generator (copy of customer invoice or receipt dated October 1–31, 2026).
  6. Submit the form for processing. (No physical mailing required. Please utilize this digital portal to expedite claim processing.)

Terms & Conditions

Eligible products include Briggs & Stratton PowerProtect+ home standby generators purchased and installed between October 1, 2026, and October 31, 2026. Offer valid for replacement of an existing 12-to-14-year-old home standby generator (any brand). Proof of existing generator brand and model is strictly required. Offer void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted. Offer only valid in the United States. Only authorized Briggs & Stratton dealers may submit claims on behalf of homeowners. Rebate is in the form of a $1,000 prepaid gift card issued to the homeowner, plus a Free 10-Year Dealer Exclusive Warranty ($1,450 value). Gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions as set by the issuer. Please allow 6–8 weeks for delivery of the gift card and processing of the extended warranty. Briggs & Stratton reserves the right to audit all claims and to nullify any claims which cannot be substantiated.
